Kindergarten and fifth-grade STEM classes are off to a great start with Mrs. Knowles. The smallest transformers started the year in the STEM lab learning about STEM Bins and working as a team.

Fifth grade kicked off the year with team-building exercises in the STEM Lab, where patience and communication were key!  #STEM

Ms. Withers brought the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day into the classroom with a fun, integrated reading and art activity! 🍀 Students worked through comprehension questions, including thoughtful open responses, and then got creative by making their own leprechauns. To top it all off, they enjoyed a sweet green treat. Learning + fun = a lucky day! 💚 #TransformersStrongerTogether

As a cross-curriculum activity for reading and social studies, fourth-grade students in Mrs. Ashley's class read books on MyOn, researched, and wrote about an inspirational African American. Then they created these amazing projects that are displayed in the hallway for all to see! #TransformersStrongerTogether

Ms. Withers’ class recently visited the school library to check out books about a famous African American of their choice. After completing their reading, students took an Accelerated Reader test through Renaissance Learning based on their selected individual.
In addition, students created a cereal box project representing their chosen historical figure, highlighting important facts, achievements, and contributions. #TransformersStrongerTogether #blackhistoryprojects
